TNGF Club Timings

The Opening of the TNGF Club will be at 5:30 AM and will close at 10:30 PM.

The Restaurant Timings at the TNGF Club

• Lunch at 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• The last order will be at 02.30 PM.
• Dinner from 06:00 PM to 10.30 PM.
• The last order will be at 10.00 PM.

The Bar Timings at the TNGF Club

• The bar will be open between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• The last order will be at 2:30 PM.
• The bar will re-open at 5:00 PM and will close at 10:30 PM.
• The last order shall be at 10:00 PM.

The Verandah Timings at the TNGF Club

• Verandah will open by 11.00 AM & Close by 10:30 PM
• Lunch, Snacks & Dinner will be served at the Verandah from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• The last order will be at 2:30 PM
• The last order shall be at 10:00 PM
• Snacks, coffee, tea, and juices will be served in the Verandah between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

The TNGF Club will shut down at 10:30 PM.

Restaurant Service

Members and Guests are prohibited from carrying food, liquor, and other eatables to the Lounge and Cloakroom.
No outside Food is allowed.

Bar Service

Dinner and lunch will not be served in the bar.
Only bar snacks will be served at the bar.

Liquor Corkage Charges

If members bring their own liquor for consumption, there will be Corkage charges of Rs.600/-, irrespective of quantity, (Indian Liquors, Beer & Wine are not permitted).

TNGF Club Rules

1. Entry to TNGF golf club is restricted to only members, guests, and families.
   Please do not allow your caddy, driver, or valet to enter the clubhouse since it is prohibited.
2. Please do not bring your golf kit inside the clubhouse. Alternate arrangements have been made to leave the golf kit near the 1st hole tee box.
   The golf clubs left at the designated place shall be at the risk of the member/guest.
3. Buggies are not allowed inside the clubhouse parking area.
4. Members are requested not to take the towels outside the cloakroom.

Minimum Usage Charges & Rules

Minimum Usage Charges will be Rs 750 per month
The minimum billing amount shall be adjusted against the usage of the TNGF Clubhouse facilities only.
Other charges like usage of the Course, Green Fee /PDR/ Tournament chargers /Café etc., will not be considered for Minimum billing.

Attire and Rules

The TNGF CLUB Restaurant and the Bar are designated as FORMAL AREAS
Members are permitted to use these areas only with proper attire - Shirt with Collar,
and Full pants with normal Chappal / Sandals or shoes (no slippers).
Members and Guests are allowed to be in shorts at the bar till 7 PM. After 7 PM formal dress is Mandatory.

Guest Rules and Regulations at TNGF Club

1. Members bringing guests to the Club should enter their particulars and his/her names in the guest book.
   For the convenience of members, guest books are kept at the reception.
2. Members shall be present throughout the presence of the guests.
3. Guests are permitted as under:
   Member Guests – Max of 8 guests @ Rs 100/- per guest
4. Every member shall ensure that their guests follow all the Club Rules & Regulations.

Locker Room Rules

1. The TNGF Club is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings in the locker.
2. Members are requested to vacate lockers and keys will have to be returned to the receptionist post-usage
3. In case of failure to return the keys or loss of keys, appropriate charges shall be levied on the member.

TNGF Club Parking

The car parking will only be offered to owner-driven cars
and the Chauffeur-driven cars should be parked outside the club premises.

TNGF Car Parking Rules

1. Members playing during the Weekends, Holidays, and Tournament days are requested to use the 1st hole & 10th hole parking space as detailed below and accordingly park their respective cars.
2. Members starting from the 1st Tee to the 7th Tee, & 18th Tee Box are requested to park their cars at the TNGF CLUB parking space.
3. Members starting from the 8th Tee to the 17th Tee Box are requested to park their cars at the 10th Hole parking space.

• Members also note that TNGF will be issuing car stickers.

1. Please collect the Car stickers from the TNGF reception
2. Please display the sticker on the front windshield
3. Only Owner-driven cars with stickers shall be permitted to be parked inside the TNGF premises on a first come first serve basis.
4. If the parking area is full the members are requested to park their cars outside the TNGF Club House.
